Analogue Garden T

A reflection on play, and the nostalgia tied to it.

For our first printed T, we wanted to capture the joy of childhood play and the imagination tied to it. Playing games out in the spring open, often teleported us into imaginary worlds that felt similar to those of Studio Ghibli. We used Colours and effects from the film 'Princess Mononoke' to capture this exact feeling.

Once we had the elements lined up, we built the scene in plasticine, then pixelated and textured the sculpture into Photoshop to capture the  finished print you see today.

This design is printed on our 100% cotton classic fitting T. A slightly cropped fit with a dropped shoulder, designed for the sleeve to sit at the elbow  and the garments length to sit just past the waistband.

Fabric — 100% cotton jersey, 200gsm. Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified. Woven and made in Indonesia. Designed and printed in Perth.
