Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. PressPlay will only accept returns if a return request has been submitted beforehand. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
If there are rips in seams or button/hook and eye issues or thread issues, we can mend them - no problem! This means the product must be returned, and we will pay the shipping fee. Please see the returns section above for instructions on returning a product to us.
Made to order system:
Please note that most of our items are made to order which means it can take up to 2-3 weeks for your product to be dispatched. Once the fabric is cut, that size is what gets made so to ensure you are getting the fit you want please read the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Due to most of our products being made-to-order, we have limited fabric, and it isn't possible for PressPlay to offer exchanges at this point in time. However, since we make all the products, if the garment is too long in the sleeves or hems, we can shorten it for you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
